As long as there’s been a St. Elmo Steak House, there’ve been bricks. And it was a decade ago, that the Patron Saint of World-Famous, Sinus-Clearing Shrimp Cocktail gave people the opportunity to become part of its world-famous history by letting them personalize a brick on the sidewalk just outside our restaurant. And now, we’re bringing that opportunity back. That’s right, by purchasing online or at our restaurant, you have a chance to get a brick etched with your name, slogan or corporate logo that you can point out for years to come. So go ahead, let people walk all over you and feel good about it.
