Kick things off with a welcome cocktail and appetizers in the bar before transitioning into the Dining Room, where a hearty and interactive culinary journey awaits.
Hosted by Executive Chef, Jeff Stoller, this immersive experience brings guests up-close with barbecue techniques and traditions. Watch as Chef Stoller:
  • Demonstrates how to prep ribs from start to finish
  • Shares the secrets of his signature spice rub
  • Leads guests in making their own BBQ rub to take home
You will also enjoy a quick dive into the history and regional roots of barbecue, along with fun trivia and a chance to win prizes.
