Winston A. Fox Whiskey Release Dinner with Journeyman Distillery

Join us at St. Elmo Steak House on Tuesday, June 16th for an exclusive whiskey dinner celebrating the release of Winston A. Fox: The Story of Six Fine Ryes, the newest collaboration between Journeyman Distillery and Rare Saint Whiskey. Inspired by the iconic fox mascot of St. Elmo Steak House, Winston A. Fox is a blend of six exceptional rye whiskeys, carefully finished in Madeira casks to create a rich and balanced spirit at 100 proof.

Executive Chef Guy Meikle of Journeyman joins Executive Chef Matt Wahl of St. Elmo Steak House for a collaborative multi-course dinner featuring elevated steakhouse inspired cuisine paired with selections from both Journeyman and Rare Saint throughout the evening.

This special dinner marks the Indianapolis debut of Winston A. Fox and celebrates nearly a decade of partnership, craftsmanship, and shared hospitality between Journeyman and the Huse Culinary Team.
